Parent Meeting

That's right - It's that time again!! Time for the Parent Meeting for the Mission's Trip!! WOOHOO!!

Bring your questions, concerns, filled out permissions slips, insurance card and your final balance payment!!

If you need to know what your balance is, email me at dsrossing@verizon.net and I'll tell you.

The meeting will start at 1pm on Sunday in the Youth Room :)

National Day of Prayer

Hello Everybody! Thank you all who went to Acquire the Fire this last weekend. It was a blast and I hope you all got something out of it. I know I did!

Announcements!:

Thursday, May 1st - National Day of Prayer - Ask around at school and find out if there's a meeting place in the morning...check your flag pole :) Sometimes they meet there...and if you can't find anything, then just pray! All day!!

Saturday, at 10am I believe, there is 'fishing' at the church. The more people we have to help hand out flyers, the less time it'll take. Or, if you would rather, you can hang out at the church and pray for us fishers.

Sometime next week - Dave wants to go see Expelled...anybody wanna go too? Let us know! We have until Thursday before they stop playing it in the theaters!!

Sunday, May 11th! - MOTHER'S DAY! Adamae is doing something special for the moms and she's asked us for help. Please be there on the 11th if you can for church. We're doing something right after the offering. Thank you!!

Sunday, May 18th - Your final balance and your permission slips are all due for the Blackfeet Trip. We're trying to collect stuff BEFORE the day we leave ... since we're leaving at 2am or earlier!!

Also, we need to raise almost $2000 more dollars to pay off everybody's trip balances so if you have any fundraiser ideas, shout em out!! We aren't planning on doing any more unless you can think of any.

Acquire the Fire **April 25-26**

Don't forget!!

If you are going to Acquire the Fire, we need your $30 and your permissions slip turned in before you go. I have purchased 6 more tickets for a total of 15 tickets. Currently only 10 people have paid for their tickets, so there are 5 left.

Those who are attending ATF need to remember to bring $ for the Max Train, $ for food, a 8 1/2x11 piece of cardboard wrapped in alluminum foil, your BIBLE!, a pen and a notebook.

Half Payments for Blackfeet were due last week. Please turn in your balance as soon as possible!! (Email me if you want to know your balance)

Acqure the Fire is Friday, April 25th and Saturday the 26th. It is going to cost $30/person. And, at this point we have 1 ticket left. We're hoping to be able to buy tickets at the door when we get there if you want to come...but we can talk about that on Sunday.

We want to thank everybody who helps out behind the scenes for CrosssFire! Kitchen Crew, Nursery, Sound Duty! If it weren’t for you and your willingness to give your time EVERY week CrossFire would suffer!!!


I will be giving people, individually, their total amount due for their half-payment. It needs to be paid by April 13.

How's it going? Hope you're having a good week. We sure are! It's my long weekend, and i'm trying to get caught up on things around here.

Thank you BIG TIME to Rick for teaching this past week! You did a WONDERFUL job!!!

Friday, March 14th is one of the days of the missions conference, and Bud has asked if some of the youth could meet at the church at 6PM to help with cooking, flag carrying, and talking about last year's Yakama experience.

Acquire the Fire is coming up and will be $30/person. We will be handing out tickets soon. They'll be first-come-first-serve.
